We still felt we would pay the extra for expedited shipping. This went on over a 4 day period, and time was running very short for a Christmas delivery. When repeated attempts to contact them through e-mail failed, we tried calling only to be told to use e-mail to contact them, a real catch-22 situation. We purchased this item on Dec 18, 2004, because the shipping time indicated it would arrive in time for Christmas.
They accepted our money, but did not contact us regarding ship/delivery date. We paid for our order the same day using PayPal. We purchased a Johnson Guitar package from them using the "buy it now" feature, for our son as a Christmas gift. They offer musical instruments at a "buy it now" price on eBay, which is reasonable.
